Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of the StarMultiplier review request workflow platform, operated by Wade Digital. Last updated July 2026.
Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of StarMultiplier, a review request workflow platform operated by Wade Digital (Calgary, Alberta, Canada). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use StarMultiplier.
What StarMultiplier is
StarMultiplier helps ecommerce teams organize post-purchase review request workflows, track follow-up status, keep campaign notes, and manage customer feedback. StarMultiplier does not create reviews, does not guarantee review volume, ratings, sales, revenue, or platform outcomes, and does not offer review gating or any tool designed to suppress negative feedback.
Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. StarMultiplier is sold through one-time credit packs; credits are added to your account after successful payment and do not expire unless stated otherwise at purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use StarMultiplier to: send fake or incentivized reviews; gate, filter, or route customers away from public review destinations based on sentiment; suppress or discourage negative feedback; impersonate a review platform or claim official affiliation with Google, Amazon, Shopify, Meta, Trustpilot, Yelp, or any other platform; send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; upload illegal, infringing, or confidential content you do not have rights to use; or otherwise misuse the platform in a way that violates applicable law or a review platform's policies.
Your responsibility for customer communication
You are solely responsible for how you communicate with your own customers, including the accuracy of your messaging and compliance with the policies of any review platform, ecommerce platform, and applicable consumer protection and privacy law (including anti-spam and marketing communication laws) in the jurisdictions where you operate.
No guarantees
StarMultiplier is provided to help you organize a review request process. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, star ratings, customer responses, sales, or revenue outcomes from using the product.
Third-party services
StarMultiplier may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment processing (Stripe), analytics (Google Analytics), and review platforms you choose to link to. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wade Digital and StarMultiplier are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, lost reviews, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts used for fake reviews, review gating, or spam. You may stop using StarMultiplier at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of StarMultiplier after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
