Who operates StarMultiplier

Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, store or company name, and billing details when you create an account or purchase credits. We also collect information generated through your use of the product, including review request workflow data you create — customer follow-up status, campaign notes, request templates, and review platform links you choose to store in your dashboard.
Customer and review workflow data
If you use StarMultiplier to organize review requests, the dashboard may store data you enter about your own customers, such as order references, contact details you provide, follow-up status, and feedback notes. You control what customer data you add. We process this data only to provide the review request workflow features of the product, and you remain responsible for having a lawful basis to store and use your customers' information.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. StarMultiplier does not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the data it collects to process transactions.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and for analytics through Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We may in the future display third-party advertisements, including ads served by Google. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. How we use information
